Social Development, Cooperation, and Civic Engagement
Pascal Sanouwoulé Sidibé is a professional, entrepreneur, and community leader who has been active for more than three decades in social development, institutional mediation, project management, and civic organization between France and Mali.
His professional career has included responsibilities in several fields. As an entrepreneur and director of CONSULT AD-HOC, he works in entrepreneurial strategy, commercial management, project support, and the development of partnerships between France and West Africa. He has also held operational responsibilities in the energy sector and worked in social, educational, and legal services.
He holds a Master 2 in Public Administration — Local Government Management and the French State Diploma in Specialized Education. Throughout his career, he has developed experience in institutional and community project management, social and institutional mediation, coordination, team support, and local government matters.
Pascal Sanouwoulé Sidibé is president of Ensemble Faisons la Différence (EFD France), through which he leads and supports educational, civic, and transnational initiatives, particularly in support of young people, social cohesion, decentralized cooperation, and community organization. His service has been recognized with the Gold Medal of Honour of the Étoile Européenne du Dévouement Civil et Militaire.
His experience and interests have led him to focus on international cooperation, civic development, social innovation, the transmission of knowledge, and the ability of communities to turn their skills and initiatives into lasting collective capacity.
In La Diaspora Malienne — De la puissance dispersée à la force institutionnelle, he extends this work by proposing a framework to better organize the skills, initiatives, and capabilities of the Malian diaspora and strengthen their contribution to Mali.
